It’s always the same when you get a new toy: there’s never enough time to play with it.  At Christmas, there’s always a dinner with family friends when a bright stack of toys await.  For me, there’s a busy day with work and family when I want to play with my new ASUS Eee PC 1000HE netbook: watching the kids while my wife has a dental appointment, fighting crowds on public transportation, big meeting at work, and prepping for a trip to Richmond, VA tomorrow to celebrate our godson’s 1st birthday…

And so, I’m sitting here in my bed, a little before 1:00AM, typing out a brief post just to feel like I got a minute to play.  Hopefully, this toy (plus the completion of a few major tasks at work) will enable me to write a little more frequently.

And now to bed before swim class with my daughter tomorrow morning before our drive to Richmond…
